You can change up the ingredients to your liking but I used Rolled Oats, Cinnamon, Bananas, Blueberries, Walnuts, Skim Milk, an Egg and Maple Syrup! You can find the full recipe HERE.
This dish could serve four people but you may want to consider doubling the recipe! My hubby and I ate the whole thing in one sitting, it was that good!
